At about 80 percent full
Leave room for the clients you're about to sign. If you wait until the plan is full, there's nowhere to put a new client's fleet.
Before a large client signs
A 60-vehicle fleet won't fit on Starter at all, so upgrade before the installation day.
When clients add cameras
Each camera counts as a device, so a client who adds dashcams to 20 vans uses 20 more of your device slots.
Not when you hire
Users are free, so taking on sales or support staff never pushes you into a bigger plan.
What changes
The device limit goes up straight away, and the new price starts with your next monthly payment.
What stays as it is
Your server and its address stay the same, along with your branding, client accounts and their history, alert rules, reports and invoices.
Coming from another platform.
If you already resell tracking on another system, you won't be starting from scratch. We plan the switch with you and move your clients over one group at a time.

Questions about upgrading
Do cameras count as devices?
Yes. Each tracker and each camera counts as one device. Users, drivers and client accounts don't count towards the limit.
When does the new price start after an upgrade?
From your next monthly payment. The higher limit goes onto your server as soon as you ask, so you can use the extra room right away.
Can I bring clients over from the platform I use now?
Usually, yes. We import from a list of supported platforms and can tell you whether yours is on it. If it isn't, we'll help you move the trackers over in batches.
