How paying works.
First payment
The first charge covers a month of your plan, plus the Fleet app if you've added it. You pay by card through PayFast.
Monthly billing
From the second month, PayFast takes the plan price from the same card. Your card number stays with PayFast and never reaches us.
Currency
We set prices in US dollars and PayFast bills in South African rand. Your first charge is converted at the checkout rate, and each later month at that month's rate.
Cancelling
Cancel whenever you like. We won't charge you again, and your server stays up for the rest of the month you've already paid for.
Refunds
If the platform isn't right for you, tell us within 30 days of paying and we'll return the first payment in full. Payments after that are final.
Delivery
Nothing gets posted, since the platform runs online. Your login details arrive by email as soon as the server is ready, which is normally within a day.

Questions about plans and payment
Is anything charged on top of the monthly price?
Only the optional Fleet app, at $50 once. Setup and SSL certificates cost nothing, and what you charge your clients stays with you.
Which currency is my card charged in?
In South African rand. PayFast converts our dollar price using the exchange rate on the checkout page, and each later month is converted at that month's rate.
How do refunds work?
You have 30 days from your first payment to change your mind, and we'll refund that payment in full. Later payments aren't refunded, but cancelling never cuts off a month you've already paid for.
Do all plans include the same software?
Yes. The only difference between plans is the device limit. Starter includes dashcam support, fuel monitoring, client billing, the help desk and the API, just like the largest plan.
